Enrolling in a Job oriented course at Genskillz is simple:
(1) Apply for a course directly from the course page to submit your enquiry.
(2) One of our counsellors will get in touch with you to understand your goals and answer questions.
(3) complete the fee payment to confirm your seat.
(4) you'll then be assigned to a batch.
The enrollment process is identical whether you choose an offline center or online learning. You'll receive a confirmation email with all your batch and course details.

Course fees vary depending on the domain, duration, and learning mode. Short courses (3–6 weeks) typically range from ₹5,000–₹35,000. Comprehensive courses (3–6 months) range from ₹18,000–₹75,000. Offline courses may have slightly higher fees due to infrastructure. We also offer group discounts and early-bird offers periodically.

Yes, for courses above ₹5,000, we offer a 2-installment payment plan — 60% at the time of enrollment and 40% after the first month. For courses with a 4-6 month duration, the installment tenure may increase, subject to management's approval. EMI options through select payment gateways may also be available. Please discuss payment plans with your assigned advisor at the time of enrollment.

Minimal documentation is required: (1) A valid government ID (Aadhaar or Passport), (2) Passport-sized photograph, (3) Basic academic details (for placement assistance). No prior qualifications or specific educational background is required for most courses.

We accept all major payment methods: UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and cash payments at our training centre. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

Online courses are conducted via live video sessions (Google Meet/Zoom). Students can attend from anywhere in India and get access to a learning portal for materials. Sessions are interactive — not pre-recorded. Offline courses are conducted at our training centre, providing a classroom experience with face-to-face trainer interaction, group activities, and access to lab infrastructure.

All Genskillz sessions are live and interactive, not pre-recorded videos. This ensures students can ask questions in real-time, participate in discussions, and receive personalized feedback. Session recordings are not provided to enrolled students, as this can encourage casual attendance or skipped sessions with the expectation of catching up later via recording. For doubts or revisions, students can ask in the next session or schedule a dedicated doubt-clearing session with the trainer.

For online courses, you need: a laptop or desktop, a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps), a working webcam and microphone, and the Zoom or Google Meet app installed. For IT and Digital courses, a laptop/PC is strongly recommended over a mobile phone for software-based practice.

We offer multiple batch options to suit different schedules: Morning batches (8 AM–10 AM), Afternoon batches (12 PM–2 PM), Evening batches (6 PM–8 PM), and Weekend-only batches (Saturday–Sunday). Specific batch availability depends on the course. Your advisor will share available slots at the time of enrollment.

We understand that life happens. If you miss a class, you can schedule a dedicated one-on-one session with the trainer or attend the same topic with another batch on the same day.
We offer up to three make-up sessions per course for extended absences. If you use all three make-up sessions, you may be required to pay for the fourth and any subsequent sessions.
This policy helps ensure that students remain committed and focused on their learning rather than treating the course as a casual commitment or taking unnecessary days off. In exceptional cases, the charges for make-up sessions may be waived at the institute's discretion.

Yes! Every student who successfully completes their course and meets the attendance and assessment requirements receives a Genskillz Certificate of Completion. The certificate is issued digitally (PDF) and can also be provided in a physical format upon request.

Genskillz certificates are recognised by a growing number of companies, especially in the digital, technology, and finance sectors. While our certificate is from a private institute (not a government board), the practical skills you gain are what employers truly value. Many of our graduates have successfully used their Genskillz training to secure jobs, promotions, and freelance opportunities.

To receive your certificate, you must: (1) Complete at least 75% of total sessions (attendance), (2) Submit all assigned projects or assessments, (3) Pass the end-of-course evaluation (where applicable). Students who don't meet the attendance threshold may complete a make-up assessment at the discretion of the course coordinator.

Digital certificates are issued within 7–10 working days after course completion. Physical certificates (if requested) are dispatched within 15 working days. You'll receive an email with a download link for your digital certificate. For verification of certificate authenticity, employers can contact us directly.

Yes. If you lose your digital certificate, you can request a reissue by contacting the counsellor's desk. Reissued digital certificates are provided free of charge.

Yes, Genskillz does provide placement support for most of our courses. The exact interview preparation process can vary by course, but typically includes profile clean‑up, mock interviews, and role‑specific guidance. We also maintain relationships with a network of hiring partners across different industries.
No honest training institute or upskilling company can promise 100% placement. In reality, a candidate’s placement is roughly 60% about how seriously they learn and 40% about how consistently they practice and present themselves in interviews. We work hard on that 60% with you — the rest is in your hands.
That’s why we don’t make fake “100% placement” promises. If you see such claims, treat them as what they are: a marketing gimmick, not a guarantee.

Approximately 98% of our students have got a job (as fresher), got promoted by learning an addon skill, or got freelance opportunities within 6 months of course completion.

Genskillz provides strong placement support, but we do not guarantee job placement. Outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and the student's background. What we do guarantee is high-quality training, practical skill development, and dedicated support throughout your job search.

Absolutely. A significant portion of our student base consists of working professionals who want to upskill or switch careers. Our evening and weekend batch options are designed specifically for them.

Genskillz’s refund policy depends on the stage of the course. Before the course starts, refunds are possible after deducting any actual non-recoverable costs already incurred. After the course starts, refunds are handled case by case based on module completion and services already delivered. Some courses may be marked non-refundable at the time of enrollment and will be clearly mentioned on the payment receipt or admission slip.

Yes! You can transfer to a different batch timing within the same course and learning mode, subject to seat availability. To ensure a smooth transition, please submit your request at least 5 working days before the new batch begins.

Yes, course transfers are possible. If you wish to switch to a different course, the fee will be adjusted based on the price difference between the two courses. Requests must be submitted at least 5 working days before the start of the new course, and approval is subject to seat availability.

In the rare event that Genskillz cancels a batch (due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), all enrolled students will be offered: (1) A transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost, or (2) A full 100% refund processed within 5 working days. We notify students at least 5 days in advance whenever possible.
